Carrying A Legacy Forward

Jaye’s Best Days was created in memory of Jessica “Jaye” Kogut Lezark and inspired by one of her final wishes: to continue helping others live more of their best days.

What began as a way to honor one extraordinary life has grown into a commitment to bring people together, support meaningful causes, and create opportunities for kindness, connection, and community.

“Our work is rooted in a simple idea: a best day does not have to be extravagant. Sometimes it is a moment of relief, a new connection, a helping hand, a family memory, or simply knowing that someone showed up when it mattered.”

Jaye’s Story

Jaye had a way of finding joy in life and sharing it with the people around her. She loved photography, music, Zumba, animals, gardening, fishing, snowboarding, and the experiences that made life feel full.

After being diagnosed with Stage 4 ovarian cancer, Jaye faced an extraordinarily difficult chapter of her life without losing sight of the people and things she loved.

One of her wishes was that the people around her continue helping others live out their own best days. Jaye’s Best Days exists to carry that wish forward.

Through community events, partnerships, outreach, and acts of support, we hope to create moments that remind people that even one good day can matter more than we realize.
